A big fall trend is shaping up to be matching your lip hue to your nail polish. But what about playing sames-ies with your makeup and your clothes? BeautyHigh.com asks my opinion on the subject matter. Can you guess my answer?

I’m going to let you in on a little secret: Come fall, you’ll be matching your “tips to your lips,” as Amber Katz from BeautyBloggingJunkie.com puts it. I’ve already written about this burgeoning beauty trend in two of the magazines I work on. Lip hues and nail shades will be playing “same-sies.” Deal with it.

But what about matching your makeup to your wardrobe? Well, this has long been debated in beauty circles; it’s typically thought of as a facial faux pas. I don’t agree. So when BeautyHigh.com asked me my opinion, I dealt it to them. Read my take on matchy-matchy-bang-bang here.
